I’m Cheryl Nelson, Clinical Social Worker based in Calgary. I created Emotional Wellness Therapy to be a safe, welcoming space where individuals, couples, and families across generations can explore their emotional world, heal attachment wounds, and build stronger, more connected relationships. My practice is grounded in Attachment-Based Therapy (ABT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — approaches that support deep healing and lasting change.
